Better known today as someone's "vibe," an aura is a colorful electric magnetic energy field that surrounds people, animals, and things. There are seven main layers of our aura that correspond with the seven main chakras. Like chakras, auras are colorful and ever changing with our mood. Read below to discover your aura. How often does it change? Does it compliment your partners aura?

All living things radiate an aura from the energy they emit. With training + patience, these special vibrations and colors can be seen. Do the exercise below to discover your aura. 


Sit yourself down in front of a white background in a quiet space. Close your eyes and follow your breath for a few minutes. Rub your hands together quickly for about 30 seconds. Extend your arms out with elbows slightly bent and palms facing each other. Open your eyes and bring your hands closer together (not touching) and then further apart (continue). What color do you see? What do you feel as you shorten and extend the distance between your hands?

WHITE AURA

White aura colors typically indicate a newness and purity. White energy can be found in highly spiritual people who've transcended the physical and are preparing to ascend. Religious history claims white auras were seen surrounding angelic beings. White aura energy can also be found in souls that are very new to the incarnation cycle on earth, typically in a first lifetime.


RAINBOW AURA

Rainbow auras are found in healers, especially those trained to work with the body's energy fields. Rainbow auras are typically seen as shards of colorful light, resembling a sunburst. Highly evolved spiritually, a person with a rainbow aura is believed to be attuned to the spiritual frequency of the fifth dimension (also called heaven).

RED AURA

Red aura relates to the physical body and is considered to be the densest color found in an aura energy and thus creates the most friction. Those with a red aura are passionate, strong and reactive to their environment. It can be a positive or a negative element. Red represents blood and life force. It's a vibration of action with the ability to either attract or repel.

ORANGE AURA

Orange aura relates to reproductive organs and emotions. Those with an orange aura are creative, courageous, productive and social. Orange represents vitality, good health and excitement but can also indicate stress related to appetites and addictions.

YELLOW AURA

Yellow aura relates to the spleen and life energy aka chi. Yellow represents awakening, optimism and inspiration.

GREEN AURA

Green aura relates to the heart and lungs. People with a green aura are comfortable and healthy in nature. Green represents something that leads to change. This is usually found within the aura of healers, animal lovers, teachers, and people who work for the public good.

BLUE AURA

Blue aura relates to the throat- specifically the thyroid.Those with a blue aura are intuitive, sensitive and you love helping others. You remain calm during a crisis.

PURPLE AURA

Purple aura relates to the crown, pineal gland and nervous system. Purple is the wisest and most sensitive of the colors and those within this aura have a psychic power of attunement with self.

SILVER AURA

This is the color of abundance. If shiny and bright, it indicates you have great physical and spiritual wealth. Silver reflects the awakening of the cosmic mind.

GOLD AURA

Gold is the color of enlightenment. You have angels and other divine entities protecting you. You are an intuitive thinker that is being guided by your highest good.

GREY AURA

This color indicates blocked energy fields. You don't trust anyone or anything and that fear is accumulating in the body.

BROWN AURA

Brown aura is associated with insecurity. You're afraid to let go, and you're trying to hold on to your personal power.


BLACK AURA

Black aura pulls energy to it and transforms it. This aura typically indicates that you're holding on to negative feelings. Typically, it indicates an unwilling and unforgiving spirit. This can mean that disease is being held in certain regions of the body from unreleased grief or past life hurts.
