Get ready for a soul-nurturing journey! This retreat revolves around the heart chakra meaning everything we do is focused on balancing and harmonizing our heart space. 

The heart chakra is located at the center of the chest and includes the heart, cardiac plexus, thymus gland, lungs, arms, and breasts. It is the area that governs love and hate. The same emotions but on different sides of the spectrum.

When the heart is imbalanced, you hold onto past hurt. You are closed off, and choose to live from a place of grievance. 

On the other hand, energy that flows freely through the heart chakra allows love, acceptance, forgiveness and compassion for self and others. You are able to “find you.” 

The Sanskrit name for this Anahata which translates to “unstruck” or “unhurt” reminds us that although it is impossible to prevent getting hurt, you always have a choice in how to handle that hurt.

Thus, the art of “letting go” will be practiced throughout our retreat so that we can lead from a place of love or at least understand how to get to that place when we are experiencing hate.
